The Droid Incredible is a great phone, the only bad thing is battery life. Using the stock battery, I wake up at 5:40, take the phone off the charger, get to work at 7am and it’s down to 88%, maybe 90%. After streaming radio for an hour, checking emails and texts, and doing about half an hour of web surfing and games the phone is in the red and ready to recharge at 10:30am.
After receiving these batteries and charging them fully and using them till they’re in the red, and charging them fully again, I made it to 2:30pm on a single charge before it got to the yellow (20% left). Yes, an extra 4 hours of juice. I feel completely confident leaving the house with 2 supercharged batteries and the stock as the emergency backup. I feel like these are the kinds of batteries that should’ve come with the phone. It’s also nice to get such extended battery life without having to spring for the huge battery that requires the new back cover. The batteries are about 2mm thicker than the stock battery, but the door snaps shut all around. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I should also note that I ordered these on a Thursday afternoon, and received them the next Monday morning. I was pleasantly surprised to see them arrive so early. Don’t waste your money on express shipping, these guys are on it.

So I never had any problems with the stock battery (the key is to bump charge, app kill, and turn off WIFI ect. when not in use) and I’d typically make it to the end of the day with about 30% of my battery after some pretty moderate usage. I got the new battery so I could charge it every two days hopefully and at the end of the first day I’m currently at 52% battery with 2hours of hard use and following all the bump charging and app management I usually do. Its 15 hours unplugged and 2 hours 10 minutes of internet, texting, downloading, calling and picture taking. most deffinitely worth the purchase, this is all on my first charge(the one you should do for a full 8-10 hours bump charging) and I haven’t even trained the bettery yet.

I ordered the Seidio Innocell 1750 battery to use while traveling. I wanted a battery to last longer than my stock battery, so I didn’t have to carry a charger while sightseeing or having fun on vacation. I know there are higher capacity batteries, but most if not all, require a different battery cover and prevent the use of readily available cases for the Incredible. This battery is designed to fit under the stock battery cover. It fits perfectly. From the very first use, I noticed that I got several more hours of use from my phone with this battery. I went from getting about 14-18 hours with moderate use from my phone with the stock battery to getting over 32 hours on the very first use with the Seidio! I generally use my phone for calls, emails, social networking, games and some web surfing. Yes, heavy usage will still drain the battery before the end of the day. I think you will need one of the super-sized batteries if you are hoping to use your phone constantly and still have battery left at the end of the day. If you are like me and want to keep the stock cover and use any aftermarket case for your phone, then this battery is a great upgrade from the stock one. Now I just keep my stock battery fully charged, in the rare case that I need a spare.
