This battery is perfect. I previously had to have my phone plugged in half the day, which defeats the purpose of buying a MOBILE phone. Previously, it would be dead after a 4-5 of hours of listening to pandora at work, writing a few short emails, and sending some texts. Now it lasts +9hrs of pandora, emails, texts, phone calls + some hot-spot action. Today it worked from 5am-9pm and still is +20% w pandora/bluetooth 2hrs/30+emails/30+txts/30 min of hot-spot. Without the battery I nearly had to trade in the phone just because the battery didn’t last. With this battery it works great and lasts truly all day could probably last +2days if you were conservative.
Moreover, i like the size and shape more with the new battery more than the stock one. It fits better in your hand, and is hardly any heavier. Finally, the size of the battery raises above the camera and thus protects the lens which previously stuck out and was just waiting to be scratched. The new backing fits no problem and looks good. I would definitely buy this product if I were you, I’m glad I did.

I order this product last week with standard shipping and it arrive in about two or three days (way faster than the predicted time frame). After reading the reviews about it, I figure I’d give it a shot. So far the results are so-so.
I can get a good 12-14 hours of light to NO USE of the phone. Of course following instructions with this being an extended battery and all (Previous experiences with other extended batteries for previous phones), I went through the drainage process. I consider myself a moderate to heavy user so I need a battery that can last through an entire day where all I have to do is charge it every night. That’s 6AM to 8PM. Using task killers and managing my phone properly, I expected a little more.
The charger is also another story. It’s nice that it comes with one, but it takes entirely too long to charge a completely drain battery. Anything more than 4 hours to charge is not ideal. I’m better off just sticking with my regular charger and chance the over charge.
For people who only use their phone for twitter, facebook, and light web-browsing, this is the battery for you. For people relying on this for push-email usage, web-browsing, calendar sync, exchange sync, and the whole nine yards? (You know, kinda what these types of phones were intended for), I cannot recommend this UNLESS you don’t mind switching out your battery around mid-day. Not looking for a battery to switch out, but a battery to get me through the day.

Over the years I been on a see-saw trip. My original Palm PDA got 20 hours battery life (Mono screen-AAA powered). Then when Palm went to color my Palm dropped to 3 hours. Then when Palm went to flash memory it was up to 6 hours. Then Palm quit making PDAs so I went to an iPod touch which was 6 hours. So when I recently graduated to the HTC Incredible smart-phone I was disappointed by being back to 3 hours. Boy does this extended battery make a difference. I’ve not broken it in yet but it looks like I’m back to at least 7 to 8 hours. I’ll take it. The extra battery bulk does not bother me and I’m happy to pay the size/weight price. My use is heavy on the battery, mainly surfing and ebook reading so YMMV and be even better on battery time. The only problem I’ve run into so far is finding a case for the now larger phone. Seidio’s case has no protection on the top or bottom so may not protect in some drops which is the only reason I wanted a case. Hopefully I’ll find something generic to work. Otherwise I’m quite pleased with this product.

This is an amazing product that anyone with a smart phone must get. It has two extra batteries with a charger. the batteries fit perfectly and the charger can charge your phone and a battery at the same time with the extra usb connection in the charger. The batteries hold the same charge, if not better, than the battery that comes with the phone. For anyone that has problems lasting a hold day with their phone, you have to get this. It will be a life saver. I use this all the time especially when I am running around and cant keep charging my phone all day. Don’t be attached to a wire or a car charger. Just simply change your battery and you are back to a full charge. This is a true life saver. The batteries even look super cool and match the inside red of my evo with the awesome little android character. Highly recommend this product.
