Two issues which I faced with this.
1. It scratches the back of my E90 if I am not careful sliding it in and out of it, can be avoided though.
2. I wish there was an audio out in this dock, so I could line out my music to a receiver.
Otherwise, I have been using it for over an year now, the connectivity is fool proof and so is charging the phone through the USB. Yes the E90 charges through the USB when connected on this dock, even if the optional power cable is not connected, which is actually to charge the secondary battery that is if you have one. The blue led is nice specially when all the room light are turned off. Gives a nice dim glow on the ceiling

I bought several accessories for my new HTC Incredible, and this was by far my favorite. The cradle sits secure and at a great angle for viewing, although you can’t adjust it if it doesn’t suit you. The power plug seems a little redundant. It has a short micro usb that you have to twist around into the phone, then a mini usb that plugs the cradle into the wall with a long cord. I think it has too many lights, too. It has a power indicator light in the front, and a flashing light in the back, which seems unnecessary and distracting. I have absolutely no idea what to do with the included neck strap.
Overall, a few minor nuisances (none of which will keep me from giving it 5 stars), but a very nice product that I will use a lot. Recommended.

Works perfectly. Charge the phone AND a spare battery at the same time. Yes, the blue LED is bright. So what? A small price to pay for such a great accessory. Anyone that owns one of these phones knows that it chews through batteries, even with the best power management. This device keeps your Eris AND a spare battery charged AND it doubles as a sync cradle. Thinking of ordering a second one for work.

I chose to buy this dock because I needed one that could charge a spare battery while charging my phone. This dock does exactly that! However, if you have a case on your Droid Eris, it will NOT fit this dock. Also, there’s a blue light that lights up whenever it’s connected to a wall outlet and a light that blinks red & green for the spare battery part. These are highly annoying as they’re always on when it’s plugged in (whether the phone & spare battery are in there or not)….so I covered them with black electric tape and my problem was solved.
