I bought one of these in early May. It has worked just fine for the past three months, and I use it fairly regularly. The only problem I had was my own fault. I had the phone connected to the charger and leaned over towards the passenger side to pull the car door closed. I wasn’t paying attention and put just enough pressure on the phone/charger in the right place to bend the micro-usb jack. Fortunately I broke the charger part, and not the socket on the phone.
Perhaps the charger could be built tougher? Perhaps I could be more careful. Anyway… I bought one, it worked fine. I’m buying another as a replacement.
